    stfueverybody: Submitter A. says: “Hi, STFU Everybody-ers, Attached is something that appeared in my Facebook newsfeed last week that really got my goat for some reason.  For starters, I’m not sure how, exactly, those are “Laws of the Spirit,” probably because I don’t know what the fuck a “Law of the Spirit” is supposed to be.  And N.T.’s comment at the end, declaring this quartet of vacuity to be “simple and brilliant,” makes me want to jab a sharp pencil through my frontal lobe. Maybe the reason this ticked me off so royally is that in my line of work, where I’m frequently dealing with people in crisis, to whom shitty things have happened because of the shitty actions of shitty human beings, all I can say in response to sentiments like ”Whoever is present are the right people” and “Whatever happens is the only thing that could have happened” is “shut the fuck up.”Anyway, thanks for some good laughs on the site, and keep up the good work!”Thank you for the submission, A.!  (Keep sending in those submissions, people!)  Yea, assmunch.  Tell that to my students who have lived through about 3 lifetimes worth of stuff no child should ever go through.  Tons of things should have happened to those children, anything but what DID happen, and their childhoods were taken from them.  I’m trying to correct behaviors caused by years of abuse.  It’s never “over” for them and never will be over.

I'm single, Italian, Leo, and sarcastic. I don't hate men, I just hate the way some act. I'm pro-choice, feel everyone should be allowed to get married by the state, and a feminist who believes that no gender should be made to feel inferior to another.
